ME Gaming’s licensing department is dedicated to supporting you with the application and licensing processes. Our team is here to guide you every step of the way. ME Gaming has successfully assisted with the licensing of over 300 customers!

Technical Support

Experienced, technical support is available 7 days a week, 365 days a year, to minimize the amount of time a machine might be down. Our technicians go through comprehensive training to ensure that in the event of a problem, you’ll be able to rest easy knowing that it will be corrected as quickly as possible.

Payments

Direct deposits are made to your account each month based on the Illinois Gaming Board's sweep schedule. Should you have any questions, our accounting department will be more than happy to assist you.

Dedicated Account Representative

Beyond our service, accounting, marketing, and licensing departments providing you with continual support, each customer has a dedicated Account Representative. Your Representative will visit your location regularly to not only assist with any general questions you may have, but to also provide you with any support needed to achieve your business goals.

ME Gaming's Revenue Portal allows customers access to daily revenue reports and historic data. We also continually analyze customers’ numbers in our commitment to maximizing their profits. We utilize this data to make informed decisions on customers’ game mix, marketing campaigns, and more.

Our in-house marketing team will design and implement the best strategy for your location based on our analytics. We value branding and will follow all style requirements and guidelines in accordance with IGB policies.
